1. Application Provider

The Stammpy application ("Application") is owned and operated by Stammpy Oy, registered at Tampere Finland, hereinafter referred to as "Stammpy," "Service Provider," or "we."

2. Agreement and Acceptance of Terms

By using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and any additional guidelines provided within the Application. We may update the Terms of Use periodically, and your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Application immediately.

3. Data Protection

• User Registration: The Application may require users to register an account.
• Personal Data Handling: Stammpy processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Third-Party Services: Some services may require third-party authentication (e.g., Google, Apple).

4. Location & Camera Access

The Application may use location services to display nearby offers and businesses. Users can enable or disable location access in their device settings. The camera feature is used for QR code scanning to collect and redeem stamps.

5. Availability & Costs

• The Application may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, updates, or external factors beyond our control.
• The Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
• Users are responsible for any internet or mobile data costs incurred while using the Application.

6. Responsibility for Content

• Stammpy provides the Application and its content on an "as-is" basis without any guarantees.
• Businesses registered on Stammpy are responsible for the accuracy of their offers, promotions, and rewards.
• Users must ensure their use of the Application is in compliance with applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All trademarks, software, and content in the Application are the property of Stammpy Oy or its licensors.
• Users may install the Application for personal, non-commercial use only.
• The Application may not be copied, modified, distributed, or resold without permission.

8. Third-Party Links

• The Application may include links to third-party websites or services.
• Stammpy is not responsible for third-party content or transactions made through external sites.

9. Security & User Responsibility

• Users are responsible for the security of their devices and accounts.
• Users must immediately notify Stammpy if they suspect unauthorized use of their account.
• Users must ensure their device and network do not harm Stammpy's services.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Users are responsible for any damage caused due to misuse of the Application.
• Stammpy's liability is limited to the extent permitted by Finnish law.
• Stammpy is not liable for business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by Finnish law.
• If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, they will be handled in the District Court of Helsinki, Finland.

12. Termination & Validity

• Users may terminate their agreement by deleting their account and uninstalling the Application.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
